Our events are focused on professional or personal development. Often presented by YPs, these programs are quick-paced & discussion-based to encourage active participation from the audience. Not all programs may be what you are looking for. That’s why we offers programs throughout the year; some will fit your developmental needs. These events also tap you into what’s happening in the community & give you a “heads–up” on what’s going on in the region.

Monthly luncheons – We hold luncheons every fourth Thursday of the month excluding July and November and are extremely proud of our biggest luncheon of the year, the annual Toys for Tots luncheon held every December to benefit local children during the holidays.  Monthly luncheons are held at various restaurants and are a great way to network and learn from our speaker, who is hand picked to provide you with information that is important to you.

Monthly mixers – We recognize that not all YP’s can break away for lunch.  We also get together once a month for a mixer at various locations throughout Talbot County and network.
